Bar Harbor Weathervanes Return Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee - Return your product within 30 days for a refund of purchase price minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee on all items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

During the Christmas Season we extend the return policy from November 1st through Jan 20th for all money back returns. As a Christmas Holiday Special - no restocking fees on returns will be applied.

No restocking fees applied with exchanges.

All cupolas’ sizes 42" and larger are custom made to order and non-returnable.

When a product is returned after 30 days and less than 90 days in the original packaging we will issue a store credit for the amount – minus the shipping cost. After 90 days - no returns or store credit authorized.

An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges and repairs.

A refund will be applied to the original purchasing credit card or in the form of store credit.

Refunds will usually be posted to the original purchasing credit card within 72 hours.

If your product is damaged during shipping - notify us within 3-5 business days to arrange for pick-up. Product must be in original packaging material and original condition.

If you are missing an item from your purchase - notify us within 3-5 business days to arrange for a replacement part.

Please do not return items COD. No COD packages will be accepted.

A returned product missing a part or not in the original condition - will be charged a fee to replace the part.

Special shipping note: Refusing to accept a delivery of a product that has been ordered by a customer will automatically result in the loss of the shipping charge and a return shipping charge will be added to the cost. In addition a 35% restocking fee will be accessed.
